The Way I See You The Way You See Me is an interactive sculpture that depended on the public’s participation. For one week MK Guth remained in A Gentil Carioca Gallery in Rio de Janeiro braiding and extending an ever-growing braid. Visitors to the gallery were encouraged to write their opinions of people from the US on ribbons that Guth wove into the braid. At the end of the week the braid was hung through out the project space of the gallery and remained as a sculptural object through out the duration of the show.
